In 2009, Lori successfully negotiated a special REO from a bank for a 6,000 sq ft new UNFINISHED custom home in Auburn California that a builder had abandoned during the market crash of 2008.  She completed the construction and landscaping.  The home offered 4 stories, 4 master suites, a view of the valley, an elevator, a wine cellar and bar, and RV & underground parking for up to 7 cars.

Lori began her career in California in 1990, gaining invaluable experience across multiple market cycles. Since becoming licensed in Idaho in 2017, she has focused on serving the unique needs of Treasure Valley buyers and sellers, particularly those relocating from California and homeowners preparing for their next chapter.

Relocation and downsizing are Lori’s specialties. She is highly experienced in managing the complexities of coordinating a home sale while simultaneously helping clients secure their next home. Many of Lori’s clients benefit from her ability to smoothly guide them through two interconnected transactions — selling their current property and strategically negotiating the purchase of their next.

Holding a Master’s degree in Negotiations, Lori is a powerful advocate at the negotiating table. Her clients value her calm confidence, strategic thinking, and unwavering commitment to protecting their best interests.

Lori's Extensive Career in the Real Estate Industry...

Lori Cline obtained her first real estate license in California in 1990, selling property in the San Diego County area and later in the northern California, Redding, Sacramento Valley region and including her hometown of Red Bluff, California.  She is 5th generation Tehama County and has deep roots to the area.  She has enjoyed purchasing "fixer uppers" and over the years has remodeled several homes, Victorians, and a downtown historical commercial building of 4,000 square feet.  One of her most exciting projects was a Victorian, a 3-story home in Red Bluff, CA that required lifting the structure off the ground several feet so a concrete perimeter foundation could be installed.  The home, originally built in 1889, was completely remodeled and was later included in the local Annual Christmas Home Tours. 


As General Manager for the largest Homeowner Association (HOA) in Sacramento, she directed the daily operations of a development of over 3,000 single family homes. In 2012, she also secured her contractor's license, and held title of CEO/RMO of a commercial S-Corp contracting with multiple HOAs in the Sacramento region for 11 years. 


With over 30 years' experience, she has seen and done almost everything - flips, rentals, investments, coordinated multiple closings at the same time, out-of-state buyer purchases, negotiated client conflicts/issues successfully, completed subdivisions, split lots/property, secured zoning changes, and has secured/sold Short Sales, Foreclosures and REOs from banks during the last market crash.  She has seen mortgage rates go from 12% down to 2% and back up to 7.5%.  There isn't much she hasn't seen or done in the last 3 decades!
